OnlyFans model Rebecca Goodwin is trying to do something positive and give back through her content. The British adult content creator who was once living off of food stamps now plans to put her OnlyFans salary into affordable housing.
The ball is now rolling with my ‘affordable housing scheme’. My plan is to buy 8 properties outright and rent them out to low income families. One house I’ll be renting out is a 3 storey, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with off road parking for 2 cars, fully furnished, £650 a month!

The idea is an innovative and inspiring way to create low-income housing, as well as a long-term investment for her two daughters. Rebecca has seemingly done her research and has thoroughly answered many of her followers' questions.
I make enough profit on onlyfans, I have no mortgages so rent payments are 100% profit except maintenance and insurance, this is a side hustle that my kids can inherit. I’m not doing it to make me more money I’m doing it invest in my kids futures

Because buying them outright means I can charge what I want for rent without tenants paying my mortgage and me having to add more onto that to make any profit, I now get 100% of the profit, rent is affordable and my kids get 4 houses each when I plop my cloggs,

Rebecca currently makes £100K/month on her OnlyFans page, so it's safe to say money isn't really an issue for her. She also posted photos of the larger homes she intends to renovate and furnish.
According to the 28-year-old, she has no mortgage to pay, so the rent would be 100% profit for her and her family. Rebecca definitely has some good karma coming her way.
